Rollators
Rollators generally have four wheels and a seat and can be used both outdoors and indoors. There is a choice of 6” or 8” wheels, different seat heights and a choice of whether to have hand brakes or a compression brake. Is the user likely to forget to lock the brakes prior to sitting on the walker? If the answer is yes, then a compression walker automatically locks the brakes when seated. There is a large range to choose from and the persons weight and height can also determine the appropriate model.
